Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order or engaging Evolve Hydronics for any products or services. By requesting a quote, submitting an order, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Evolve Hydronics designs and manufactures pre-built and custom boiler panels for hydronic heating systems. We are based in Okotoks, Alberta, Canada.

Service and Shipping Areas

We supply products to customers across Canada and select U.S. border states:

• Canada: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario
• United States: Montana, Washington

Shipping outside these areas may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for details.

Build Standards

All panels are assembled in our controlled manufacturing facility in Okotoks, Alberta. Every panel is pressure-tested and electrically verified before shipping. Our build process follows CIPH-certified standards and is guided by real-world hydronic system expertise.

Quotes

Quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the specifications you submit. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Evolve Hydronics reserves the right to revise a quote if submitted specifications change or if material costs change materially prior to order confirmation.

Pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified for U.S. customers, in which case pricing will be confirmed in writing. Pricing covers manufacturing, testing, and standard packaging. Freight, duties, taxes, and customs fees are additional and will be outlined in your order confirmation.

Taxes

Applicable GST/HST will be applied to orders as required under Canadian federal and provincial tax law. U.S. customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.

Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed when Evolve Hydronics receives written acceptance of the quote (via email or e-commerce checkout) and any required deposit. Custom orders require written approval of specifications before production begins.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your quote or order confirmation. A deposit may be required before production of custom or large orders. Remaining balances are due prior to shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are communicated at the time of order.

Late Payments

Overdue balances may be subject to interest charges in accordance with applicable Alberta law. Evolve Hydronics reserves the right to withhold shipment of goods until full payment is received.

Shipping

Products are shipped from Okotoks, Alberta. Shipping timelines will be estimated at the time of order. Evolve Hydronics is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the buyer upon handoff to the freight carrier. We recommend buyers arrange appropriate insurance for high-value shipments. Please inspect all deliveries upon receipt and report any visible damage to the carrier immediately.

Freight Damage Claims

Freight damage claims must be initiated by the buyer directly with the carrier. Evolve Hydronics will provide documentation to assist with claims where possible.

Custom boiler panels are built to the specifications provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of submitted specifications. Evolve Hydronics will manufacture to the agreed specifications; changes after production begins may incur additional charges and extend lead times. Custom orders are non-cancellable once production has commenced unless agreed to in writing.

Workmanship Warranty

Evolve Hydronics warrants that all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment. Warranty terms and duration will be specified in your order documentation.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused during shipping, improper installation, or misuse
• Modifications made by the customer or third parties
• Normal wear and tear or corrosion from environmental conditions
• Damage resulting from use outside the product’s rated specifications
• Failure caused by incompatible system components not supplied by Evolve Hydronics

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period, including a description of the defect and supporting photographs. Evolve Hydronics will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or provide credit for confirmed warranty claims.

Standard pre-built products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition, subject to prior written approval and a restocking fee. Custom orders are non-returnable once production has commenced. Cancellations of standard orders must be made in writing before the order ships; cancellations after shipping are not accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

Evolve Hydronics’ total liability for any claim arising out of the sale or use of our products shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Evolve Hydronics is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profit, revenue, or business
• Damages arising from improper installation or use of products
• Compatibility issues with systems or components not supplied by Evolve Hydronics

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are appropriate for their intended application and are installed by qualified, licensed professionals where required.

All designs, drawings, specifications, photographs, and content produced by Evolve Hydronics remain the intellectual property of Evolve Hydronics. You may not reproduce, share, or use our proprietary designs or content without prior written consent.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada. For U.S. customers, disputes arising from cross-border transactions will be governed by these terms to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Evolve Hydronics reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will be posted on our website. Your continued engagement with our products or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
